Is A Raw Diet Acceptable For The Long Term?

I would like to share with you my opinion regarding the raw diet. I comprehend the concept that heating foods can eradicate valuable enzymes and nutrients and the body's need to take from the limited store of enzymes to help in assimilating the food. I don't intend to discuss the consideration that protein is not available from vegan foods because I hope at this point that notion has been debunked, but another oft-discussed problem regarding the raw foods diet is the deficiency of the essential B12 vitamin, which is said to only be available from meat.
